As regards Auditing Engagements, all our Audit Partners are seasoned Chartered Accountants well trained in leading firms of Chartered Accountants in the world like Coopers and Lybrand, KPMG, Akintola Williams, Olusola Adekanola & Co. All our partners possess the required license to practice and audit all kinds of public Companies and Government/Non-Govermental Organisations in the world.
Mr. Segun Oyebola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He graduated from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye in 1989. He later worked as an Accountant with Longman Nigeria Plc., Ikeja, Lagos. He has trained extensively in auditing of various types of Companies, Setting up of Accounting and Internal Control Systems, Tax Advisory Services, Management/Business Advisory Services. He was at Coopers and Lybrand, an International Firm if Chartered Accountants and also worked in indigenous firm, Wale Odunlami & Co. He is a Director of Ultimate Crystal Limited and currently the Managing Partner of the firm. Mr Oyebola is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938.
He graduated from Yaba College of Technology in 1982 and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Ogun State University. A Management Accountant and Chartered Secretary as he is nicknamed a man of many professions. He has worked in various Private Companies as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller. He is vast in accounting profession that both private & public organizations seek for his professional services. He is also a consultant to Ogun State University consult. Hie is a Director of the firm.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner. He holds a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Masters of Business Administration both from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He has his early professional training with Kunle Ladejobi & Co.(Chartered Accountants) before joining Trans International Bank Plc as s Budget Officer. His love for the Accountancy profession pitched him with Olusola Adekanola & Co.(Chartered Accountants) three years later as a Principal Consultant.
He is currently a partner in the firm.
Mr. Ogunmuyiwa graduated from Yaba College of Technology, He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. he picked up his career with Cadbury Nigeria Plc. He later joined Adebobajo Adeshina & Co (Chartered Accountants). He worked with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria as Assistant General Manager.
He is a Director of the firm.
